These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 777xc. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours subject to KYC verification. First-time withdrawals require identity and payment method verification. 777xc reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending compliance review without penalty to the player's principal balance.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software, exploit of software errors, and any form of bonus abuse are all prohibited. 777xc maintains the right to void winnings and terminate accounts where prohibited conduct is identified, with or without prior notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777xc holds its gaming licence. Disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure will be referred to the independent arbitration body designated by the issuing licensing authority.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile number. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance therein.
777xc enforces a strict one account per person policy. Only one account per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method is permitted. Any player found to be operating multiple accounts will have all associated accounts permanently suspended and all funds — including real money deposits — reviewed in accordance with our anti-fraud procedures.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777xc account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 777xc immediately by contacting support. 777xc accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where reasonable security measures were not maintained by the account holder.
777xc reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
Accounts that have been inactive — defined as no login, deposit, or gameplay activity — for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of PKR 500 per calendar month until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. You will be notified by email prior to any such fee being applied.
777xc accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Omni, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. No other payment methods are currently accepted.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source of funds belongs to a person other than the account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account reviewed for potential suspension.

777xc does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 777xc bears no responsibility. Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your 777xc balance; contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified account holders. Verification — as described under KYC requirements — must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the method used for your most recent deposit wherever practicable.
Standard withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours on business days. Requests submitted over Pakistani public holidays may take an additional 24 to 48 hours. 777xc reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal exceeding PKR 50,000 in a single transaction.
777xc reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that are disproportionate to a player's deposit and gameplay history. Withdrawals may be held pending investigation without this constituting a breach of these Terms by 777xc, provided the hold does not extend beyond 14 calendar days without written communication to the account holder.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 777xc are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between individual promotion terms and these general Terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail in respect of the specific promotion.
General bonus rules applicable to all 777xc promotions unless stated otherwise:
Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to low-risk hedging across markets to meet wagering requirements with minimal real-money exposure, or exploiting technical errors to generate disproportionate bonus winnings — will be treated as a violation of these Terms and the relevant bonus balance will be voided in full.
All games offered on the 777xc platform are provided by certified third-party software suppliers and operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG is independently tested and audited to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party.
In the event of a technical fault, game interruption, or disconnection during gameplay, 777xc will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its pre-interruption state using server-side game logs. Where restoration is not possible, the bet stake will be returned to the player's balance. Winnings generated during a session that cannot be verified by server logs may not be honoured.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777xc's total liability to you for any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you into your 777xc account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
You may close your 777xc account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any Real Money Funds balance remaining at closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no pending investigations are in progress.
777xc may terminate or suspend your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, 777xc reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no wrongdoing is ultimately established, verified Real Money Funds will be returned within 30 days of the investigation's conclusion.
If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your 777xc experience, you should first contact our support team at [email protected], providing full details of the issue, the date and time it occurred, the game or transaction reference number where applicable, and the resolution you are seeking.
777xc will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 14 calendar days. Complex disputes involving game outcome reviews or fraud investigations may require additional time; you will be informed in writing if this is the case.
If you are not satisfied with 777xc's resolution, you may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by our licensing authority. Details of this body are available upon request from our support team. You may not initiate court proceedings in respect of any dispute that has not first been subject to the internal complaints procedure described above.
777xc reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address registered on the account and by prominent notice on the 777xc platform, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.
Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of either party — may be made at any time without advance notice. Continued use of the 777xc platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms in full.
It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this document will be updated each time a revision is made.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777xc holds its gaming licence. The parties irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory in respect of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process or independent arbitration described in Section 14.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never been included.
The failure of 777xc to exercise or enforce any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right. All rights and remedies of 777xc are cumulative and not exclusive of any other rights or remedies provided by law.
